Forms of payment:





We can accept cash, check or credit card. However, if using a credit or debit card there is a 4% convenience fee added on to your service fee. There will also be a fee on any returned checks. The fee will be dependent on what the financial institute charges.



Gift Certificates:





Gift certificates are valid for one year of issue date and have no cash value. Cash will not be returned if a balance remains on the certificate. Please allow sufficient time when trying to schedule your service(s). Certificates need to be presented and surrendered at time of service.



CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:





Out of courtesy, please cancel within at least 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid a fee of the price of your scheduled service(s). You will be charged half price of your scheduled service(s) if less than 24 hours is given of your cancellation. If you do not cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be billed the full price of your scheduled service. Until all outstanding balances are paid, no other appointments will be scheduled.



arriving Late:





Your appointment begins at your scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, your time will be adjusted accordingly. This is to keep my schedule and schedules of others on time. If your appointment time is adjusted, you are still responsible for paying the full price of your original scheduled appointment.
